$12/ Hour

The responsibility of a banquet server/bartender is to deliver welcoming service to create an outstanding experience. As a banquet server, the main duty is to be attentive, professional, and most importantly be in communication with lead banquet server at all times. They must perform a variety of tasks, which includes, food handling, keeping glasses filled, and event coordination. They are also responsible the set-up, and break down of events. If needed, banquet servers will arrange table placement for a buffet and set-up and break down a dance floor. Banquet servers will also take orders, if there are multiple meal choices.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Banquet Server Requirements:

• Must have excellent customer service, patience, and politeness
• Able to communicate in a professional and adequate manner
• Able to speak and understand English
• Team player-Being a team player is necessary
• Basic knowledge of food presentation, preparation, and handling
• Able to carry heavy trays (20-25lbs. at least)
• Able to work in a fast and professional manner

Prior experience as a restaurant server, waiter, waitress, wait staff, host, runner or other foh, front of the house, restaurant part time job highly desirable.
