Job description:

As an Event/Seminar Coordinator at NIVA Health, you will be the first contact a potential patient has with our office. You will also be representing the face of our company when it comes to booking venues. We are looking for someone who is capable of maintaining a professional demeanor and has the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing. We expect someone in this role to be well organized and detail oriented. This position will be both in-office and also requires short distance travel to/from all events. All mileage is reimbursed at the IRS mileage rate.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Be able to handle start-to-finish of events/seminars. (Including set-up and tear down of equipment) MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50lbs.

• Drive the company’s mission by always representing our vision at every event.

• Maintain timeliness and financial accountability at all times.

• Following and tracking leads, attendees, and post-event follow-ups.

• Booking 40% of the attendees for an appointment within 3 days of the event.

• Making sure patients schedule with their spouse or decision maker.

• Show excitement for the patient to come into NIVA Health and learn more about how we treat the symptoms they are experiencing.

• Work collaboratively with all contacts and venues to arrange and successfully book events/seminars.

• Will be required to make confirmation calls, answer incoming calls, and do follow-up calls as well.

• Be able to keep calm and display professionalism while taking care of a group of 15-45 people.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

• Excellent Time Management Skills

• Proven experience in event planning/event coordination

• Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure without losing a customer-service oriented attitude.
