We are currently seeking energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Escrow Assitant to work within our multiple locations. Salary will be based on experience.
Job Roles:
- Assisting an Escrow Officer in managing real estate transaction in its entirety
- Understanding the escrow process
- Maintain communication with clients
- Assist customers and clients with closing related questions
- Receipt earnest money and contract
- Open orders
- Ordering of payoffs, HOA statement of accounts, surveys, and home warranties
- Perform closings by explaining closing documents to clients and acting as a notary for signings.
- All other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications and Role Specific Knowledge:
- Familiar with concepts, practices, and procedures within the Texas title industry, will provide training
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of RamQuest desired but not a requirement
- Knowledge of loan documents and closing documents.
- Notary public or be bondable
We are seeking an Escrow Assistant/ Closer with at least 1-2 years of title, real estate, or industry-related experience.
