Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare Equipment costing utilizing vendor price lists and requesting vendor quotes.
- Prepare simple plant layout drawings if required to help finalize sale of equipment utilizing AutoCAD.
- Review signed orders for accuracy and prepare order summaries
- Backup Project Administrator as needed to prepare purchase orders, deposit invoices and balance due invoices
- Send Purchase Orders to vendors, track order acknowledgements and ship dates.
- Create fabrication drawings using AutoCAD and / or review and approval vendor approval drawings and submittals
- Coordinate shipping for equipment in conjunction with Project Administrator
- Coordinate startup of equipment if require in conjunction with the Freeze Force Manager.
- Manage equipment warranty issues with customers and vendors.
- Project revenue on per month basis to help with forecasting on shipping of equipment
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Proficient computer skills, including with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- 4-year technical degree in Drafting & Design, Engineering Technology or related field preferred
- An understanding of mechanical and electrical requirements when specifying equipment
- Must have basic experience with AutoCad or equivalent CAD program.
