JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

Minimum: High School graduate or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE

Preferred: Past environmental services and commercial cleaning experience preferred. Floor maintenance experience preferred.
**Must be able to stoop, bend, climb a step stool, and be on your feet for long periods of time.

• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to perform work in a manner that does not adversely impact safety of customers and co-workers
• Ability and expertise to properly and safely utilize equipment and supplies for Environmental Services work
• Interpersonal skills needed for effective communication with customers and co-workers.
