Company Description The Environmental Scientist (permitting) will be responsible for the development, submission, processing, and negotiation of issuance for permits associated with impacts to both federal and state waters. This individual is responsible for the completion of permits that will be submitted to and reviewed by entities such as the U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Virginia Marine Resources Commission (VMRC), as well as Local Wetland Boards (LWB). We are looking for high energy, creative, flexible, patient, self-starters who are willing to work at a dynamic pace.
