Cedar Glen Mobile Home Park - Poulsbo, WA

Employment Type : Full-Time

*Includes all aspects of facility, infrastructure and grounds maintenance

*Full time position, working under the supervision of a Crew Leader and Foreman

*Drivers License required, must have a good driving record

*Mandatory background check

*Must be 18 years or older

*Must be able to lift 40+ lbs

*Crawl in confined spaces under mobile homes

*Climb extension ladders

*Knowledge of gas powered machines, maintenance and repairs a plus

*Experience in professional landscape maintenance a plus

*Must be a team player!! Show up for work, work a full day and communicate well with your team!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
Residents and employees must wear a face mask indoors. Disinfection of all areas. Community meeting areas/facilities closed since March to reduce exposure. Separate vehicle for all workers for transport within community. Most work is outdoors.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Landscape Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
