Job Description:
At Regions, the Enterprise Operations Transformation Partner investigates workflows, business procedures, compiles and reports volume, productivity, quality and other statistical data. This role analyzes business issues and makes recommendations to maximize operational efficiency and quality, while ensuring compliance standards are fulfilled.
Primary Responsibilities
Works under moderate supervision to analyze and solve less complex operational, systems-related, and/or customer issues
Works with line of business to determine business needs for new products and Application Program Interface (API) requirements and ensures Proof of Concepts incorporates all business needs
Handles data collection and conditioning of accounts and account data for performance testing
Supports future conversation builds/functionality by defining current line of business processes
Supports testing of new functionality through end to end test cycle i.e. Development, Testing and Quality Assurance
Supports testing activities with various groups within the bank to get a diverse test set for training new solution
Supports data mining call logs for speech modeling
Supports review to ensure accurate current state dialog flow records are maintained and up to date
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Identifies project requirements by interviewing customers, analyzing operations, determining project scope, and documenting results
Maintains databases and management reports by analyzing and interpreting data to identify anomalies, trends and opportunities for improvements
Supports managers to apply data to business goals and analytical requirements, which may include capacity planning, volume forecasting and unit costing
May define user requirements and assist with user acceptance testing
May manage small projects requiring some coordination and/or contribute to task forces or project teams
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Management, Statistics, Math, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field
One (1) year of experience in Artificial Intelligence related role or environment
Skills and Competencies
Ability to collaborate with both technical and business staff
Ability to prioritize and work accurately, flexibly and efficiently under pressure
Ability to review and understand numeric data, graphs, and statistics.
Able to work equally well on self-managed or team-oriented projects
Communication skills – must be able to translate complex issues to multiple levels in the organization
Fully proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Introduction to analytical and problem solving skills
Organization and time management skills
Proactive and adaptable
Problem solving and investigative skills
Report writing, including charts, graphs, etc.
Thorough work ethic
Willingness to learn and challenge existing bias on what is possible with Artificial Intelligence
