Engage in meaningful work for the Emerson Prison Initiative (EPI) housed within the Marlboro Institute for Liberal Arts and Interdisciplinary Studies at Emerson College, supporting all aspects of the Program with a specific focus on helping to create and coordinate a reentry process for EPI students both before and after they exit prison.
The Emerson Prison Initiative (EPI) provides an Emerson BA degree pathway to incarcerated students at MCI Concord, a men's medium-security state prison.
The EPI Program Coordinator will likely begin as a part-time position, 20+ hours per week with benefits, with the possibility of expanding to full time (36.25 hours per week) in the future depending on performance, re-entry numbers, and finances.
