Responsibilities:
Asset Management for the Office of Emergency Management
- Maintain system of record asset
- Create and maintain local database for non-unit type code (UTC)/highly pilferable
- Update database within 5 working days of any asset
- Provide tracking of shelf lives and calibration
- Maintain accurate shortfall lists with cost
Readiness Training for Emergency Management Personnel
- Maintain sign-in rosters for provided
- Update ARIS with the attendees' names for all Emergency Management taught classes within 5 duty days of training
- Schedule training classes in ARIS IAW localized
- Oversee Readiness Training Database management ensuring accurate and complete information.
- Prepare training metric reports for each training Prepare quarterly metrics for NGB/A4XD of all readiness training.
EM Readiness Training Courses Development
- Identify and propose plan to complete Total Force Emergency
- Management and Wing Readiness Training Requirements to Emergency Management Supervisor for approval.
- Assist Emergency Management section members in the development of training courses identified in approved EM Readiness Training
- Ensure you have access to all source and reference material to assist with developing course
Automated Readiness Information System (ARIS) into Emergency Management
- Input all required information (e.g., asset and class) into ARIS
- Maintain documentation according to appropriate regulations and
Emergency Management Support Plans for site in support of parent (host) Installation/Wing Emergency Management plans
- Maintain, implement, and support Wing Emergency Management plans. plans.
- Provide support plan documentation in accordance with DAFI 10-
- Attend required training and monthly
CBRN-IS and Common Operating Picture (COP) Training and Implementation.
- Assist in the chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear (CBRN) training protective gear
- Attend required training on all listed

- Respond to requests for training within 3 duty days of receipt.
Hazard Response Trailer and Equipment Maintenance
- Perform monthly inspections on all associated Inspection required within 5 duty days of due date 90% of the time.
- Maintain equipment in operational status (fully mission capable).
- Provide Restricted Area Escorting for base contractors (trailer repair/ upgrades) when required not to exceed ten (10) hours per 40-hour work
- Provide equipment training to required Respond to requests within 3 duty days.
- Obtain/maintain driver certification and train students on vehicle operations training (e.g., towing a trailer) IAW local driving
Emergency Management Training and Implementation
- Instruct EM Mission Essential Skills Training (MEST) course as described by NGB
- Ensure all mandated 5 level core tasks are completed within the allotted timeframe within the constraints of the course being
- Ensure all lesson plans are current and up to date prior to teaching MEST Course.
- Coordinate support for all Emergency Management Flights performing training or Wings that are in a compliance inspection Contractor shall report any material/equipment/consumable shortfalls to ranking emergency manager and full-time emergency manager (if different) or the wing exercise project officer.
- Coordinate use of RTS vehicles with RTS RTS team visits, RTS Cadre and MEET courses have vehicle priority.
- Responsible for all material handling and movement of equipment and/or assets.
- Reconstitute all areas used and remove any courtesy stored items used during training at the conclusion of each
- Responsible for all fueling and refueling operations of equipment used during the course.
- Support the Emergency Management role in supporting Wing Inspection Team (WIT) in the execution and evaluation of installation wide exercises relating to EM and CBRN capabilities (to include reviewing findings and providing trend analysis as it pertains to ANG.
- Actively participate in unit EM program reviews/wellness visits and Large-Scale Readiness Exercises (LREs) and provide feedback to reduce capability gaps; striving to provide non-materiel and procedural solution sets at every
- Provide support and assistance to the Region Chief and Region Emergency Management Working Group Representatives.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Emergency Management (EM) plans.
Administrative Duties
- EM Program Coordinator II shall coordinate the use of required classroom facilities with Regional Training Site (RTS) scheduling or Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force (BEEF) Manger.
- Support and/or coordinate on base lodging with Readiness Training Schedule (RTS) scheduling, if
- Required to be on site day prior to course start and after course ends to check students into/out of lodging. Contractor to ensure lodging areas are clean and ready for the next occupants prior to allowing students to leave.
- Required to be on call to respond to after-hours student
- Assist RTS staff with additional duties including but not limited to Vehicle Control Official, SharePoint and course data

- Use various software programs to maintain database files and prepare reports

- Coordinate and communicate with other organizational employees always using proper etiquette and manners.
- Must be able to successfully pass background check.
