Scrubs & Beyond is looking for an experienced retail manager to lead our North Miami embroidery team! Bonus Pay and Quick Pay are available!

The Embroidery Shop Manager (ESM) will be responsible for the overall operation of the embroidery shop with the Scrubs & Beyond Retail location in North Miami Beach, Florida.

Some prior sewing or embroidery knowledge is nice to have but not required! Supervisory experience, a high level of organizational skills and a proven Customer Service track record are a must-have.

Essential Job duties and competencies:

• Operate a Baruden Single head embroidery machine (not a requirement for employment- all new associates will be trained to use the machine!)
• Manage a staff of embroidery associates
• Provide excellent customer service
• Commitment to an outstanding quality standard
• Ability to Multitask
• High level of attention to detail
• Demonstrate regular attendance and timeliness

Education and Experience:

• 
  Some college preferred.
  
• Experience supervising 3 or more individuals.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Physical Requirements:

• 
  Constant standing and walking.
• Constant reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping.
• Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching.
• Frequent lifting up to 20 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Occasional climbing and descending ladders and step stools.
• Hearing with or without correction to understand verbal communication.
• Visual acuity to perform any activity where the seeing job is at or within arm's reach.
