In support of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to own the hands-on execution of all email marketing campaigns, including building and sending emails, audience segmentation, A/B testing, analyzing metrics and administer Marketing Automation system (Eloqua). Working closely with Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, and Sales Operations teams and external vendors, you will be responsible for assuring emails are sent in an accurate, timely manner, enabling efficient lead flow and identifying areas for improvement. This position can be located at our Troy, MI headquarters or fully remote.

WHAT’S YOUR IMPACT?

  • Build and execute email marketing campaigns in Eloqua. Activities include campaign flow builds, email creation, landing page creation, form creation, media placement tracking, list uploads and segmentation.
  • Work with internal teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical execution for email campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on email campaigns and communicate with marketing stakeholders on adjustments to improve results.
  • Review all campaign programs and associated content and identify copywriting, image or programming issues.
  • Work with key stakeholders to implement and manage marketing technologies with Eloqua
  • Manage lead scoring program in Eloqua
  • Manage key marketing data integration with SFDC.com
  • Effectively work with vendors to assist in execution of email campaigns, data transformation and Eloqua administration.
  • Document business processes and workflows to improve overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead marketing automation and triggers to engage and convert prospects and customers across the customer journey
  • Continuously conduct A/B tests and analyze results to develop insights to improve conversion rate, retention, and member loyalty

IS IT IN YOU?

  • 3-5 years of B2B Marketing experience
  • 2+ years hands-on Eloqua experience
  • Experience with CRM system (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of email best practices, CAN-SPAM and GDPR
  • Successful track record of implementing and managing lead flow through Eloqua and associated integrations
  • Experience with Optimization, A/B Testing and Continuous improvement processes
  • Experience managing a lead scoring program within Eloqua
  • Analytical and detailed-oriented
  • Excellent planning and cross-functional project management skills.
  • Good communicator to non-technical audience
  • Highly driven, self-motivated team player ready to excel in a fast paced, data driven marketing team.
