The RRD Marketing Solutions Campaign Manager is charged with the effective management and supervision of client email campaigns. This role will be serving clients located on the west coast, so seeking an individual located in either the Mountain or Pacific Time zone. The position requires elevating the overall campaign management function to deepen and strengthen relationships with clients.

Position Objectives
- Manage ad-hoc and/or daily email campaign processes
- Manage routine tactical activities (i.e., QC audits, status reports, billing reports, hours reporting) on assigned accounts with attention to detail and flawless execution
- Serve as a key support and “back-up” person for Account Supervisor and/or Account Director for each assigned account.
- Ability to interface directly with clients on their assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Possess a utility player mindset: maintain flexibility to be used in a variety of other roles (including managing small scope projects) to support the team with a “whatever it takes” to get it done attitude

Primary Responsibilities
- Working with clients and members of the RRD MS Delivery team to develop a client-specific set of workflows, documents, reports, schedules and other materials for each campaign. This may include but is not limited to:
- Customized Campaign Request Forms (CRFs)
- Campaign and client-specific editorial calendars
- Rules of engagement and/or service level agreements that indicate agreed-upon turnaround times for emails of varying complexity, CRF submission deadlines, content and email approval deadlines
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the client, and managing the overall email deployment process, including:
- Receiving Campaign Request Forms and validating the completeness and accuracy of its contents with the client
- Receiving .psd files and/or other creative inputs and validating the completeness and accuracy of each
- Receiving data related inputs from the client and communicating data counts, subscriber/segment information and leading the process of correcting or clarifying perceived inaccuracies in that data\
- Communicating and negotiating the feasibility and timing of rush/one-off campaigns (in accordance with SLA)
- Updating the CRF with in-process changes and ensuring that both the client and the internal RRD MS Delivery resources associated with the campaign are aware of those changes
- Conducting final review of campaign documents and approving deployment
- Conducting regular analysis of automated/triggered sends to ensure ongoing accuracy and completeness of execution
- Managing the complaint/mitigation process for send-related issues
- Manage the monthly billing process for assigned clients
- Travel as necessary
Required Skills
- Experience (minimum 6-8 years) as an account coordinator/manager for a marketing, advertising, or direct marketing firm is preferred
- Experience managing email campaigns or programs
- Deep experience working within SFMC platform is required
- Experience working within other platforms (IE, Adobe Campaign) while not required is beneficial
- Undergraduate business degree required
- Detail-oriented; demonstrated ability to successfully all facets of email campaigns in a fast-paced environment on time and on budget – including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to engender client loyalty
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and to a lesser extent PowerPoint
