Job Description:
- Good Understanding of ELK architecture/design & configuration
- Should be able to use the REST apis of the elastic search tool
- Ability to configure the Elastic Search according to the capacity & resource requirement, understand the mappings in Elasticsearch & archiving the data in Elasticsearch.
- A very good understanding of concepts like data tokenisation, aggregation, filtering, parsing and alerting using Logstash
- Understanding of Logstash plugins / able to implement custom plugins is a plus.
- Creative enough to Visualise or create Dashboards using Kibana's Histograms ,Barcharts, LineCharts, Pie Diagrams
- Proactively use the Kibana Visualizations for the Analytics ,perform real time search -Using KQL is a plus
- Understand the certificate policy used in the tool
- Be able to perform version upgrades on individual components
- Understand and implement the Log shipping agents like Fluentd, Filebeat, beats etc.
- Should be able to upgrade the components of the tool to new versions.
- Identify & Trouble shoot the problems in the Application & quickly find a solution to problems
