We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced eCommerce Manager to grow online performance with a core focus of brand development and execute growth strategies. The ideal candidate is proficient with growth marketing best practices and tools, including marketing automation, experimentation (design and analysis), digital marketing, and reporting/analytics.

Job Description

Ecommerce Manager

• Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals, and strategies
• Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability in alignment with company goal
• Create, manage, and execute highly effective, profitable integrated marketing strategies and plans including SEO/SEM, SMS, display affiliate, email, and social influence
• Manage marketing budgets and campaigns. Determine weekly marketing budgets and allocate across campaigns. Build and maintain dashboards to measure campaign performance and spot issues. Establish processes to optimize media spend across digital channels, including SEM (Paid Search), Product Listing Ads, Display, Native, Video and Paid Social Media
• Oversee conversion performance optimization. Lead the development of content and optimize checkout funnel metrics and effectiveness of promotional campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Required, MBA preferred.
• 5-10 years’ experience in digital marketing and/or eCommerce.
• Proven track record as an innovative leader with a deep understanding of the eCommerce and digital landscape.
• Familiarity with key digital marketing topics: Email marketing, SEO, SEM, A/B testing, content management systems (CMS), localization, and paid social media.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics (and other web analytics tools).
• Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
• Action oriented and has a demonstrated ability to operate in a dynamic environment.’

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
