Ecommerce Director/ Assistant Project Manager
We are seeking an Ecommerce Director/ Assistant Project Manager to join our team!
- Serve as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity and consistency
- Oversee, direct and manage the content and ecommerce team.
- Oversee Amazon operations (assisting with Amazon PO processing, inventory, backorder management, operational performance and promotions.)
- Working with team leaders, managers and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals
- Delivering reports to department heads, management teams and boards of directors to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the organization
- Manage the executive's day-to-day calendar, including organizing meeting, assisting with drafting agendas and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Coordinate and oversee website design updates
- Coordinate development of the new ERP system
- Coordinate and oversee the work of remote team members
- Send out mass emails with the use of CRM software
- Help with other ad-hoc projects
- Generating reports in different formats on team’s accomplishments, tasks, weekly goals, sales reports, etc.
- Assist with coming up with and implementing new systems
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong knowledge and experience with excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, etc)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong reporting skills
- Efficient decision maker
- Understanding of content marketing tactics, such as SEO, digital advertising and social media marketing

Pay: $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
