Job Summary*

The E-Commerce Accounts Manager is responsible for the Gabriella White brands’, Summer Classics and Gabby, lead point of contact for e-commerce contacts and partners both internally and externally to help support the growth of online initiatives. The position is primarily responsible for playing an active role in maintaining relationships with key online accounts as well as working cross-functionally to support growth and continually improve upon the Company’s digital channel.

Essential Job Duties*

Acts as the day-to-day and direct contact for e-commerce contacts and partners.

• Responsible for the delivery of a highly performing e-commerce P/L.
• Builds and maintains relationships with external marketplace and vendor accounts and internal partners.
• Helps to drive the business through qualification, evaluation and onboarding of potential and new e-commerce partners.
• Delivers an entrepreneurial mind set to identify strategic growth opportunities and strengthen relationships with e-commerce partners.
• Ensures the flow of accurate information, product specifications and needs of partners.
• Partners internally with IT, Logistics and Operations teams to ensure all back-end operations run as efficiently as possible.
• Researches, benchmarks and makes recommendations to ensure best in class processes and workflow.
• Collaborates with a team of cross functional marketers and sales.
• Ensures product data integrity is maintained and accurately represented in the Product Information Management System (PIM).
• Stays current on marketing trends and changes.
• Periodic travel as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities*

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent working experience

• 3-5 years of experience
• Experience with analytic tools (such as dashboards) and technologies
• Experience with forecasting and the ability to identify trends (highly analytical approach)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Understanding of merchandising standards and best practices to maximize exposure and positioning within the marketplace
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally with other departments
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
