Naracoorte Hotel Motel has something for everyone, with Billy Mac’s Bistro serving fresh local produce, a convenient bottle shop and comfortable gaming lounge, TAB in the sports bar, regular live music, function rooms and a choice of accommodation options. The venue is looking for a Duty Manager with the ability to work nights and close; if you have a gaming licence and enjoy building rapport with the local community, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What do we need from you?

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisor role
• RSA and RSG and RMLV
• Gaming licence
• Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
• Exceptional customer service and presentation skills
• Extensive restaurant and bar service experience

What will your job duties include?

• Effective day to day communication with a multi-skilled team
• Booking and event management
• Effective labour control
• Troubleshooting and problem solving, including customer complaint resolution
• Basic financials, including cash up
