Adie Conway is an independently owned and operated Dunkin’ franchise, and has been a family run business since 1968. It all started when our founders William Adie and Arleen Adie opened their first store in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Since then we have opened over 30 Dunkin’ restaurants throughout Lowell, Chelmsford, Tewksbury, Dracut, Bedford, Tyngsborough and Westford Massachusetts.

TEAM MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Members are responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.

Dunkin’ TeamMembers are also responsible for: Executing restaurant standards and marketing initiatives - Preparing all products following appropriate recipes and procedures - Following all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security - Maintaining a clean and neat workstation - Completing all required training and supporting the training of other team members - Complying with all restaurant, Brand, and Adie Conway policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• A passion for providing friendly service
• Capable of counting money and making change
• Ability to work well within a team
• Ability to learn and follow standards and procedures
• Ability to communicate clearly and understand English

Preferred:

• Experience in the restaurant, QSR, fast food or retail industry
• Passion and knowledge of the Dunkin’ brand and products
