All of our successful Assistant Managers have a few things in common. They all:

• Ensure our teams provide our guests with great service
• Create a culture that is respectful, rewarding, and positive for both our guests and our teams
• Know how to lead and also how to roll up their sleeves and work side by side with the team
• Know and follow food safety procedures
• Are at least 18 years of age
• Are able to work various shifts including nights and weekends
• Have reliable transportation
• Have at least 2 years of management experience
• Have basic computer skills and are effective communicators verbally and in writing
• Take pride in coaching and holding others able to develop into their best selves
