Due Diligence Department Manager #21-151
Employment Type : Full-Time
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Major responsibilities for the position will include management of the Transaction Screen Program and the Phase I and Phase II Due Diligence Department.
- Responsibilities include management and oversite of all Department functions including management of staff; client management; preparing proposals, including job scopes and budgets; project coordination, including management of field activities, report writing, or projects involving Phase I due diligence, Phase II subsurface investigation and hazardous material characterization.
- Senior client management and support of Project Managers on projects and with clients.
- Participate in new client/project development via completion of proposals, client meetings, etc.
- Must become thoroughly familiar with ATC policies and procedures.
- Individual must be well organized and able to manage multiple activities in a fast paced consulting environment.
- Ability to work well with others.
Job Requirements:
- Senior Project/Department Manager with 15 plus years exp.
- B.S. degree in environmental related field is preferred with 15 years-experience.
Skills should include:
- Strong technical writing/editing skills;
- Strong technical expertise in due diligence
- Soil and groundwater investigations, and hazardous material characteristics;
- A thorough understanding of State of Texas? environmental regulations with particular emphasis in leaking underground storage tank facilities;
- Good interpersonal communications and report writing skills
- Training should include: 40-hour Hazwoper & Current 8-hour Hazwoper Refresher
