Description Fircrest Habilitation Center is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and motivated professional to join our team as a Habilitation Plan Administrator (HPA). In this role you will administer the establishment, implementation, and evaluations of client habilitation plans for people with intellectual disabilities at Fircrest's Intermediate Care Facility. Additionally, you will direct the activities of an interdisciplinary team in a program area that consists of nine living units and approximately 125 clients. An HPA usually has a caseload of 12-16 clients and provides habilitative services that support and enhance each client's skills and strengths. Your experience and leadership abilities will make lasting, positive differences and Transform Lives! Prior to a new hire, a background check including criminal record history may be conducted. Information from the background check will not necessarily preclude employment but will be considered in determining the applicant's suitability and competence to perform in the job. This temporary full-time job is expected to last 12 months. This King County job pays an additional 5% on top of the advertised salary and you will receive an Orca card for your transportation use.
