Prior to a new hire, a background check including criminal record history may be conducted. Employees driving a privately owned vehicle on state business must have liability insurance on the privately owned vehicle.

Who should apply?
Those with at least 2 years of college education and/or AA degree
OR
At least 2 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: collection of debts, determining financial eligibility for programs or services, professional experience in law enforcement, investigational adjustment of claims or finance, providing assistance to client/customers regarding inquiries, complaints or problems
OR
Two years of experience in a child support office
