TRAFFIC TECH is looking for a Driver Check-In Clerk to join our team in our Long Beach warehouse. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

Responsibilities and Task to include:

Responsibilities include:

• Checking In/Out Drivers
  • Make photocopy of the driver’s license
  • Fill out container inspection log
  • Log driver arrivals on a spreadsheet
  • Ensure drivers are signing the check-in log
  • Communicating driver arrival with dock lead
  • If container is being picked up, verify the container number belongs to the drivers company

• Container Receiving Data Entry
  • Enter inbound loads into system
  • Print pallet labels + tally sheet, give to warehouse lead
  • Collect completed tally sheets, verify data, close receiving in system
  • Send end of day email to client with copy of warehouse receipt and tally sheet.

• During downtime:
  • Assist with other administrative functions such as closing orders in system or scanning BOL’s.
  • Ensure office area and surroundings are clean

Working hours: 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm Monday-Friday

Must be responsible, good attendance, must come every day Monday through Friday.
