Job Description
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow- Coordinate and negotiate rates with our contracted vendors
- Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing
- Interact with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers service standards
- Contribute and maintain good relationship with suppliers
- Meet compliance at all times
- Network communications, timely responses to emails and requests
- Work with team to meet KPI standards in accordance with Company procedures
- Assist in retention calls and complete customer reviews
- Ensure company credit procedures are followed and utilized effectively
- Participate to the transition of new business / update to existing business
Qualifications
2 years of industry specific qualification- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
- Pro-active, strong organizational skills
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Fluent in English
