You are responsible for Manage day to day capability build, service & support operations, source and deliver components of standard services from a defined service catalogue; Manage and reports on the service consumption and escalate deviations from plan to appropriate parties You are part of Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) and specifically part of the Digital Workplace and Service Desk Domain that delivers end user support and services to our 80K global colleagues.
