For Documentation support services in the Utilities and Engineering area.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:

The Technical Part:

• Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree and at least three (3) years of exposure in Documentation and Technical writing activities, including working with Maximo System within the utilities area.
• Bilingual, Spanish and English
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
• Experience in:
  • CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Maximo System
  • Technical Writing
  • Documentation, GMP and FDA.
  • Utilities and Maintenance.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Work on a fast-paced team to maintain technical documentation, using document control software or other method as instructed.
• Ensure that proper project procedures are adhered to.
• Ensure that all required signatures are included on project documentation.
• Provide input for the development of project procedures and use of document control software.
• Produce project status reports, technical reports, worksheets, etc.
• Maintain archived engineering, documents.
• Set up and maintains files (both hardcopy and electronic files).
• Maintenance Maturity Matrix Assessment.
• Support maintenance activities.
