DMV Title Billing /Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk

Responsibilities

• Complete the auto sales billing process by processing sales contract, bills of sale, DMV registration
• Ensure that all contracts and DMV forms are complete and signed prior to sending to the appropriate location (banks, DMV partnering, etc.)
• Responsible for lien & title concerns: lien perfections, timely follow up on lien releases
• Posts Accounts Payable invoices, and process timely payments to vendors.
• Review vendor statement to ensure accurate invoice posting and payment.
• Monitoring customer receivable accounts
  • Taking and applying customer payments
  • Making collection calls
  • Working with customers to resolve discrepancies
• Provide support to other title clerk(s)
• May assist with other office work as needed
• Provide excellent customer service
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1 years of accounts payable/receivable experience preferred
• 2+ years of strong customer service and/or office clerical experience required
• Automotive billing title experience a plus
• Previous auto dealership experience is a plus
• Must be willing to work rotating Saturday shiftsv
• Critical attention to detail and organizational skill is required
• Must be a highly dependable, team player with a good work ethic
• Must have excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient use of MS Excel, Word
• Maintain a high level of trust and confidentiality
