EDUCATIONAL, CERTIFICATE and LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Criminal Justice Business or related field, plus ten (10) years' experience in Retail Loss Prevention, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Retail or Military work experience, or as a Loss Prevention Certified Professional, or experience in a position with multi-location supervisory demands; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid Drivers License

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The primary purpose of the Divisional Asset Protection Leader is to increase sales and improve EBITDA by reducing loss and maintaining investigative integrity. Frequent independent judgments are essential. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws.
The Divisional Asset Protection Leader is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
Supervisory Responsibilities
The Divisional Asset Protection Leader directly supervises Regional Asset Protection Leaders and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Rite Aid policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities of the Divisional Asset Protection Leader include interviewing, hiring, training, directing, rewarding, and disciplining associates; appraising associate performance; and resolving complaints.
