THE ROLE As Diversity Sourcing Lead, you will develop and execute on talent sourcing strategies that support our strategic diversity recruiting efforts. You will partner closely with the Director, Diversity Sourcing & Partnerships, a team of Sourcing Specialists and a community of recruiters and business leaders across the enterprise to successfully develop a robust candidate pipeline in support of achieving diversity and early talent our long-range diversity objectives. In this role, you will lead pipeline development strategies inclusive of direct sourcing, engaging prospects from diversity and college recruitment events and crafting impactful recruitment marketing campaigns. As Sourcing Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor a newly formed team of Sourcing Specialists and establish best practices to support our overarching Diversity & Inclusion strategy. You will make an impact by partnering internally and externally to successfully execute winning strategies towards continuously ensuring our workforce reflects all dimensions of diversity.
