Overview: The DEI Program Manager will be responsible for influencing, designing, and implementing DEI programs, including leadership of the Employee-Led Resource Groups (ERGs in support of AssuredPartner’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy. this role, you will partner closely with the CHRO and other members of executive leadership and cross functional stakeholders to mobilize and execute DEI initiatives which align us toward the goal of driving equity and inclusion and increasing representation of underrepresented people in various roles across AssuredPartners.

  • Define clear program roadmaps with key deliverables and milestone dates.
  • Identify and communicate risks and adjustments to programs and ensure commitments are delivered while removing obstacles.
  • Support ERGs to remain aligned with broader DEI strategy and programming.
  • Actively support talent acquisition programs related to DEI sourcing, attracting, and hiring.
  • Design and deliver processes that are repeatable, consistent, and scalable for variable audiences.
  • Establish and foster strong working relationships with various global stakeholders and teams, ensuring that programs foster an inclusive environment of a broader ally community.
  • Travel as needed, up to 25%.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience running DEI-related programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to navigate complex organizational dynamics
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
  • Comfortable in a cross functional leadership role
  • Forward thinking capabilities
  • Must have a strong attention to detail for all projects
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk and working on a computer
