The District Agency Manager is responsible for the training and development of agents. This position directs a sales team by providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values focusing on culture and relationships. The District Agency Manager will need to observe and identify market opportunities and challenges and subsequently develop, plan, implement, and follow through with action plans to positively influence opportunities and challenges within their team. This field-based position includes the development of team members towards corporate growth. This position will allow you the support from our state core team members, which includes a Recruiting Consultant, a Territory Sales Manager, and a Territory Sales Trainer.
