**Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative for PHL Courier**

Shift: Low Volume Overnight Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 6:00 pm - 6:00 am

Will train less experienced candidate that is tech savvy and shows willingness to learn.

Medlab Logistics is looking for hard working candidates to join our team immediately. We are a shipping company operating out of Aston, PA, focusing primarily on medical rush shipping. The position is for a qualified dispatcher for the overnight shift. Tech savvy candidates only.

Qualifications:

  • Previous work as a courier and/or experience in an office setting is required
  • Previous work experience as a Dispatcher and Dispatch Software Experience is a plus but not required.
  • Tech Savvy - ability to learn new software and navigate in house dispatch software
  • Must be able to pass TSA clearances
  • Valid Drivers License

Our company is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Dispatchers are paid every week via direct deposit and receive a W-2 at year end.

***Compensation based on prior relevant dispatcher experience. ***

*** MUST pass Driving Record and TSA Clearances ***

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide assistance by telephone and email to customers and business partners.
  • Receive, input, and distribute work orders and update customers on proof of deliveries.
  • Manage contact with employee drivers and independent contractors to ensure all deliveries are covered as needed.
  • Monitor progress of delivery.
  • Process changes or cancellations to delivery jobs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, on the status of each job within the dispatch entry, manages distribution of work, and ensures documentation is complete before jobs are cleared.
  • Be professional, courteous, calm under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
