Magnolia, Inc. and Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. and operate out of multiple locations, dispatching approximately 200 service and construction vehicles throughout the Washington and Baltimore Region.

Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. is looking for an exceptional Dispatcher to help us achieve profitable revenue in our Residential Plumbing Department. As a Dispatcher you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure desired sales metrics are met. You will match the right technician to every job, helping achieve the company s financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer calls and dispatch the best technician to each service appointment
  • Meet daily revenue and sold-hour goals by prioritizing the most urgent and profitable calls
  • Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences
  • Serve as a dispatcher, managing the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field
  • Assist technicians with ordering parts and updating parts status to schedule when they arrive
  • Ensure technicians have all parts necessary to complete a job before they arrive on site
  • Record the results of each service call and create report summaries for senior management
  • Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business
  • Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand
  • Participate in ongoing training to boost sales and ensure quick, accurate dispatch of incoming orders
  • Update customers throughout the day on the technician s progress
