JOB DESCRIPTION-DISHWASHER

Responsibilities will include:

• Breaking bus tubs down and sorting dishes
• Washing dishes and glassware quickly and efficiently
• Keeping your work area clean and neat
• Sweeping and mopping
• Taking out garbage and boxes
• Cleanliness of dish machine

Position requires ability to learn Hacienda’s standard dining room procedures and dishwashing and sanitizing procedures; organization, ability to work with others, ability to work quickly and carefully and in a Guest Obsessed manner towards guests. Must use care and coordination when walking on wet floors. Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
