Works with the Training and Program Development Unit (TPDU) and the Management and Staff Development Unit (MSDU) to assess issues and develop solutions to meet training needs. Interacts with trainees, other FOTs, on-the-job trainers, FO staff, management, and the Disability Insurance (DI) Branch Training Section staff effectively.
