We are currently searching for an experienced professional to join our team as a Director/Sr Director Learning & Organizational Development The Director/Sr Director of Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) is a vital member of the Marinus Pharmaceuticals Human Resources team and is responsible for the design, implementation and coordination with the HR team for programs that may include culture, training & development, performance management, coaching, diversity, equity & inclusion, employee engagement & communications and community relations. The Dir/Sr Dir of L&OD working/coordinating with the areas of talent acquisition, compliance; compensation, benefits, HRIS, employee relations and HR generalists to identify and implement best practices to support the efforts to hire, grow, and retain exemplary talent. Reporting to the VP of HR, the Dir/Sr Director of L&OD position is an organizational development liaison and advisor to the management personnel to assist maintain and improve a “Best Place to Work” culture and facilitates initiatives across the organization. This position helps to cultivate people, programs and processes for the organization. This position will evaluate tools and processes providing managers the tools to assess and identify capability gaps and opportunities for improvement to enable a culture of high performance. Additionally, to report findings and propose solutions to the HR team and management. This position is responsible for the development and integration of organization development programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives; ensuring the involvement of the HR Team, and employees throughout the company.
