About the Role In this role you'll work front and center in defining the best path forward for our company. Through rigorous analyses, focus on our customers, creative thinking, and deep partnership with the business, we develop the strategic direction for our portfolio of brands. We are responsible for the definition and evolution of our overall corporate strategy, for identifying organic and inorganic growth opportunities where we can create structural advantage, and for preparing and supporting our C-Level executives for key stakeholders meetings.
What You'll Do - Oversee program planning by working with and advising business stakeholders and other functional partners and ensure relevant programs/projects are on track, including budget, timeline and scope, anticipating roadblocks, and proactively addressing risks and issues.
- Partner with brands’ digital product creation (DPC) leaders and across functions, to define program/project scope, meeting cadence and RACI and to establish the optimal engagement with stakeholders.
- Understand the end-to-end view of the product creation technical environment, and help translate business needs into associated technologies, in partnership with our Technology and Product Development teams.
- Develop and manage an overall program roadmap, and oversee brand teams, building capabilities, and defining a path to accelerate the deployment of capabilities at scale. Focus on process improvement and design thinking to assist teams to uncover how digital enables the workflows of the future, driving to more efficiency and better results.
- Provide visibility to program progress by developing and maintaining status and progress updates, tracking KPIs and value creation, and ensuring consistency of approach and focus.
- Proactively build partner relationships with program business leaders, functional SMEs, and other DTO leaders and drive the expansion of DPC capabilities by synthesizing lessons and enabling the application across brands.
- Partner with change management team to develop and execute a change management strategy and communications and supervise manager-level resources, responsible for project management of subordinate projects within the program.
Who You Are - Significant professional experience in strategy/management consulting, retail/consumer products, apparel manufacturing or similar strategic role preferred.
- Experience in program management and leading PMOs in large, complex organizations, working in cross-functional teams, influencing and interacting with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
- Track record in large-scale transformation efforts, with an expertise in operationalizing program management governance and RACI ,awareness of program/project best management practices, including agile, and knowledge of applicable frameworks, tools and technology solutions.
- Experience in digital transformations, and digital product creation, ideally with experience with 3D product design and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools and processes
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely with senior executives and cross-functional partners to influence strategic agendas and operationalize key strategic initiatives.
- Willingness to "get one's hands dirty" to deeply understand and drive program deliverables, write executive presentations and manage projects directly if applicable.
- Demonstrated curiosity and motivated to learn quickly
