Director, Omnichannel Strategy
McCann Health Engagement seeks a Director, Omnichannel Strategy to work closely with an HCP Focused Pharmaceutical client.
Omnichannel Strategy
- Develop, support, and execute client brand’s omnichannel vision and continuously maintain comprehensive business strategy plan for engagement to achieve brand objectives.
- Build HCP journeys and identify content gaps from current communication.
- Be the omnichannel expert resource for the brand team.
Omnichannel Enablement
- Lead the collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to enable omni for assigned brand.
- Work with agencies, brand managers, and CAC to develop/refine content and get it approved through CAC process.
- Participate as a brand representative within the agile pod to achieve and support omnichannel engagement objectives.
- Oversee execution of omnichannel across channels.
- Enable field readiness and drive initiatives to increase engagement and buy-in through implementing change management approaches.
- Enable technology and process readiness through change management and training among necessary brand and field teams.
- Collaborate across brands to share lessons learned and best practices for omnichannel strategy and execution.
- Stay current in channel and market trends as well as client’s competitive landscape to capitalize on opportunities for omnichannel engagement and increase brand competitiveness.
Omnichannel Measurement
- Partner with client’s commercial excellence team and agencies to develop a measurement dashboard/framework for business metrics.
- Deliver periodic updates to brand, therapeutic area, and/or omnichannel initiative leaders, along with action plans to strengthen performance.
Internal Team Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to other areas within MHE concerning omnichannel strategy and execution.
- Represent MHE omnichannel capabilities both within MHE and the larger McCann health network.
- Develop POVs around new capabilities and partners to be shared within McCann Health network.
- Support new business opportunities for omnichannel capabilities.
- Assist with onboarding new members to the omnichannel strategy team.
