We are seeking a Director of Technical Account Management to join our team! This position will manage a team of Technical Account Managers. These teammates each work with a set of assigned accounts to provide support in an effort to develop technology roadmaps, review, and maintain clients’ IT infrastructures, while recommending new technologies and developing budgetary roadmaps to support the vision. The Director of Technical Account Management will leverage their IT expertise and leadership to develop a team of TAMs who are seen as strategic advisors by their clients. In addition, this leader will work with other leaders and 1Path executives to achieve budget, organizational, and strategic objectives. 5+ years of relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years leading high performing teams Technical solutions experience covering at least some of the below technologies
