Position: Director of Residential and Day Habilitation Services DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Director of Residential and Day Habilitation Services is responsible for the ongoing administration and oversight of all aspects of assigned residential homes, residential and day habilitation planning and Medicaid billing. The Director of Residential and Day Habilitation Services will ensure that quality services are being provided and that there is ongoing growth and development in the program. JOB KNOWLEDGE SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Possess good interpersonal, written, oral, and communication abilities and effective time management/organizational skills Provide supervision and training when required, which includes non-business hours Must be able to provide on-call coverage as needed during non-business hours, including holidays and weekends Must have previous supervisory/administrative/management experience Able to work scheduled hours that may include overtime, weekend and/or holiday timeframes. Be computer literate with knowledge in agency operating systems and applicable software required for department needs. Able to generate and present comprehensive written reports and respond to questions about the report. Demonstrate sound judgment in normal work and emergency situations Must physically be able to perform required certifications and lift twenty-five (25) pounds Possess a valid driver’s license acceptable to the agency’s insurance carrier QUALIFICATIONS: A Masters Degree in Human Services field plus three (3) years experience in an administrative or supervisory capacity -Or- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service field plus five (5) years experience in an administrative or supervisory capacity ACHIEVE is pleased to provide a competitive benefit package.
