  • Lead a team of recruiters to fulfill staffing requirements and drive full lifecycle recruiting processes
  • Prioritize and distribute daily client requirements to the team.
  • Oversee the compliance of all internal and external regulations concerning the recruitment and selection process
  • Identify and implement projects in order to increase business-wide recruiting effectiveness and efficiency
  • Manage development and execution of comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract and hire the topmost talent in the market
  • Lead the strategic direction of the recruiting and examine hiring trends in anticipation of the organization’s response to labor market changes
  • Work with HR executives and key stakeholders, assisting them in understanding current and future workforce planning requirements.
  • Works with recruiting teams and coach, manage, and develop these teams, actively supporting their professional growth, taking on the role of their mentor
  • Evaluate recruiting strategies/tactics and processes in order to continually improve recruiting processes
Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in IT recruiting management involving Technical Recruiting & Resource Management
  • 5+ years in leadership roles in recruiting
  • A demonstrated career progression from hands-on Recruiter to Team Leader to Recruitment Manager/Leader
  • Skilled in leadership, strategic resource planning, business strategy, stakeholder management, creative/lateral thinking, process orientation, problem solving, and crisis management
  • Deep understanding of IT Labor Categories and other IT Technical terms
  • Hands-on experience with Industry standard Applicant Tracking System(s), recruiting tools/databases and strategies
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust
  • Proof of COVID 19 vaccination
