About the Team:


VIZIO is looking for a Director of Program Management, Enterprise Initiatives to set, build, and evolve the GTM process for enterprise-wide programs at VIZIO. In this newly formed business team, you will partner with senior leaders across Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, Product Management, and Legal to design and operationalize the GTM process for some of VIZIO’s largest corporate initiatives to ensure successful launches.


In this role, you’ll report to the VP of Business Development.


The role is based in Irvine, California.
What You Will Do:
  • Simultaneously lead multiple enterprise wide launches and programs/projects from initiation through implementation
  • Define and execute schedules for programs, including creating detailed project plans with relevant milestones and critical timelines defined.
  • Gather program/project requirements from teams across the company and develop program structure and deliverables
  • Responsible for socializing and getting all corporate approvals required
  • Coordinate and track program deliverables, tactics and communications
  • Works with teams and individuals to mitigate conflicts and resolve issues as needed
  • Ensures clear definition of program success and presents results to targets and KPIs
  • Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels, and dynamically lead business, product and technical teams to define and deliver solutions.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
  • Execute programs while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. sales teams, product service teams, legal, integration, marketing, support, etc.)
  • Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress, roadblocks, and action plans.
About You:
  • 7+ Years project / program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Experience working within a high-growth, fast-paced organization
  • Experience working in a publicly traded organization a plus
  • Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, influencing results, and presentation of programs to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated history of working with nascent products/services
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills, ability to impact and influence outcomes in matrixed environment
  • Excellent planning and execution skills. Meticulous and methodical, detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to dive deep and ask the right questions
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects
  • Develop and delivers professional written and spoken communications that are clear, concise with up-to-date information on progress
