Amazing Care Home Health is seeking a highly motivated, experienced RN to for the role of Director of Nursing in our Aurora office.

Job Responsibilities:

• This position requires a Colorado RN license in good standing and a minimum of two years of management in home health.
• The DON is responsible for oversight and support of Case Managers; monitoring Patient Care, including assigning Clinicians, Coordinating Care, Coordinating Referrals, Assuring patient needs are continually assessed, and assuring plans of care are developed, implemented and updated.
