Welcome to Foresight Mental Health! We are a mental healthcare startup working to reinvent the mental healthcare space through the use of technology and data. We offer comprehensive services through our clinical team, which consists of therapists, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, neuropsychologists, and nutritionists. We function as a network of in-person outpatient services fused with remote telehealth offerings. We credential all of our providers with insurance panels in order to increase access and affordability to Foresight services.

We are passionate about making mental healthcare data-driven, personalized, and technologically advanced. By leveraging our current technology stack (including genetic tests, clinical decision support software and analytics framework, wearables, and electronic patient outcome monitoring) combined with breakthrough treatments (like transcranial magnetic stimulation and Spravato), we can deliver highly personalized, data-backed treatment plans to each of our members.

Position Summary:The Director of Marketing oversees brand, promotion, and outreach efforts in support of talent acquisition, member acquisition & retention, and corporate. Responsibilities include developing an overall marketing plan, campaign development & execution, and measuring performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:Participate in the development of brand marketing, brand management, campaigns, and corporate identity initiatives Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects Oversight of all digital marketing (marketing technology, paid media, social, email and influencers)Develop and manage marketing calendars and budgets Develop sales forecasting and product branding plans Manage market research efforts Establish and grow market share Monitor costs and budgets Conduct customer, brand and product research initiatives Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events Negotiate with media partners to guarantee advantageous contracts Work with new business development team and sales teams on brand initiatives Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management Supervise a marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules and deadlines May oversee the operation of a company’s website or email marketing program and provide analytics review
Education/Work Experience:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications required, Master’s degree preferred10+ years a marketing role and creating marketing campaigns Experience working in healthcare and/or mental health experience (or regulated industry)Experience working in a startup environment preferred Experience managing client and agency relationships Experience working in a distributed & remote environment
Supervisory Responsibilities:Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff Oversees the daily workflow of the department Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
Skills/Abilities:Proficiency with HTML, content management systems, and design software Established portfolio of media and PR contacts Desire to grow professionally with ongoing education Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Proven ability to plan and manage budgets Proven project management skills
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
