About you
: You’re an insurance insider, well-versed in the language and leaders of our sector. You’re looking to use your experience to build a new marketing program from the ground up with a company that is already well-established and has a strong reputation in the field. You’re someone who builds lasting relationships with co-workers and clients. You enjoy organizing integrated marketing campaigns that drive enterprise technology sales.
Job responsibilities:
  • Leading the development of sustainable marketing strategy and planning with executives.
  • Building a marketing program based in deep industry expertise, that speaks the language of our insurance clients.
  • Creating structure and measurement for growth, engagement, content, and communications programs.
  • Owning the FJA website and external marketing channels.
  • Supporting the sales team with resources and events.
  • Assisting the company as it scales up internal product marketing resources.
  • Collaborating with internal and external (brand communications) resources to ensure FJA’s brand message finds its way into RFP’s, RFI’s and other promotional materials.
  • Coordinate RFP, RFI responses.

Requirements:
  • 5 + years of experience in insurance industry marketing as a Manager or Director
  • Skilled at building programs independently.
  • Persuasive, with talent for building support for marketing work across an organization.
  • Flexibility and problem-solving.
  • Proficient with Salesforce and campaign management tools.
  • Excellent writing skills.
