Director of First Impressions
This special person will support our agents, leadership, and clients as our Director of First Impressions. The Director of First Impressions will be responsible for supporting the dynamic leadership team. In addition, the DFI will provide support for nearly 200 Real Estate Agents. Training will be provided to you which you will then be expected to apply.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, talented, upbeat, organized, and service-oriented person who has fantastic people skills. As the first source of contact upon entering the office, the DFI is responsible for providing a high-energy, positive environment.

Responsibilities include:
- Focus on our agents and help them to grow their businesses through the KW models, systems, tools, and training
- Greet visitors and new agents, offering coffee or water
- Keep our common areas neat, cleaned and welcoming
- Keep our Market Center stocked with all supplies
- Create and promote marketing flyers
- Responsible for pick-ups and deliveries and mail at the front desk
- Maintain fax, copier, and other office equipment
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Keep agent roster current
- Organize classes and events for the Market Center, including setting up sponsors and taking attendance
- Create monthly calendars for office classes and events
- Inform agents on upcoming classes in and out of the office
- Help with new agent onboarding
- Maintain training calendar and track agent training
- Manage conference room schedule
- Complete data entry for various projects
- Create various reports, agent announcements, and flyers
- Process commission checks
- Other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Market Center Administrator
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
- Administrative Experience: 1 year (Required)
