The objective of this position is to Develop, Design and support the Commercial Training needs across all brands.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Onboarding of new hires
- Be aware of the Lantheus Onboarding activities;
- Assist Managers with new hire process as defined by 2021 Onboarding team
- Aligning with corporate policies and training
Disease and Product Training
- Design and Manage Disease and Brand training – (all commercial products)
- Evaluate current training programs, collaborate to with brands to drive performance improvements.
- Design and Implement training Certification process: Modules, PI, Master Vis Aid cert, and educational projects (i.e. Voice, SDMS)
- Maintain Oversight of PYL Learning modules for use with multiple cross functional teams – updates with MLR as needed
- Manage training needs of PYL PMF partners by contract
Platforms and Tools:
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing team for Sales Platforms – training and implementation
- BIGTINCAN
- SalesForce and Marketing Cloud
- Websites
- Manage Mind Tickle as Learning Enablement tool for Learning and Certification
- Capability to run reports to demonstrate proficiency for credentialing and any other audit purposes.
Tradeshows and Event Training:
- Understand Training needs for participation in local, regional and national exhibits- Collaborate with Tradeshow and Event planner to design and implement necessary training programs.
Needs Assessment and Ongoing Training:
- Develop Team training for Presentation and Messaging skills – CONSULT model; manage rubrics
- Partner with Marketing on Message theory to assets to implementation
- Collaborate with HR teams to support leaders with needs assessment for ongoing management training (coaching, performance, legal)
- Design and maintain evaluation metrics and tools to monitor training and continuous improvements: Feedback- Gather, Evaluate and Implement
Other:
- Member of Commercial Leadership team to listen and plan for further skill development
- Partner with Patient Advocacy team
- Direct to consumer policies and training
- Collaborate with other Lantheus Depts for seamless customer and patient focus in field.
- Training meetings
- Liaise with Brand/Marketing and Sales Management team to Design, develop and implement relevant training events.
- Design and implement learning sessions/ workshops
- Work with Brands to bring guest speakers to virtual and live training when necessary
- Understand Medical, Legal, Regulatory process and manage process for approvals of training materials
- Collaboration with Medical Affairs on learning activities for cross functional teams and Medical Information Request Process
- Budget- Manage training budget and align with brands on budgets of training related projects
- Experience / Knowledge Desired: *
- A minimum of five to seven years prior training experience (preference in Pharmaceuticals or Medical Diagnostics)
- Operating and leading in a complex cross functional team environment
- Previous experience working on multiple projects and changing priorities
- Proficiency in Pharma code and interactions with HCPs is a plus
- Proficiency in software applications used in the department- Sales enablement systems, corporate training sites, and customer relationship management (CRM)
- Experience with Promotional Review/ Medical Legal Regulatory committees helpful
- Travel 20-25% as needed
