Your Role at MOBE
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Director, Marketing Operations to join our marketing team that builds awareness and generates demand for MOBE services.
You will be responsible for the Marketing Operations Team and will work closely with teams in data operations, creative services, marketing and reporting to collaborate on planning, development, execution and measurement of multi-channel campaigns that focus on generating high quality opportunities to meet company goals.
This position involves solving operational challenges and streamlining processes while working in a highly cross-functional, highly visible role. You will have responsibility for the marketing tech stack, marketing automation efforts and marketing project management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data and marketing processes and will have strong analytic, project management, and leadership skills, demonstrate attention to detail, and will be able to deliver in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
You are passionate and knowledgeable about Marketo, Salesforce and other marketing technologies and leveraging those technologies for business results and operational efficiencies. You are willing to go the extra mile to help the team optimize data, processes and infrastructure to improve results. You are a team player with the desire to help and enable people around you.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing technology management: Sourcing, implementation and ongoing management to ensure tools are used effectively
- Marketing Automation: Design and management of marketing automation programs, scoring models, nurturing flows
- Marketing project management: Create and support processes so that project deadlines are met, and expectations are exceeded
- Data and analytics: Provide direction for marketing program, campaign and engagement reporting to inform campaign strategies

Qualifications:
Required:
- At least three years of Marketing Operations leadership experience with demonstrated success in hiring, coaching and developing highly effective talent
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is required unless there is significant, relevant work experience
- Minimum of ten years Marketing experience
- 3+ years’ experience with marketing automation tools, and specifically deep knowledge of and experience with Marketo, Salesforce and project management software (Wrike preferred)
- Proven track record of driving positive results with personalization strategies
- Experience working with creative services teams
- Well-versed in campaign performance reporting, with proven ability to translate metrics to insights across multiple levels of the organization
- Demonstrated experience improving, developing and implementing new processes to support growth and scaling of organizations
- Ability to quickly understand industry-specific marketing dynamics and incorporate knowledge into all marketing initiatives
Preferred:
- Direct marketing experience strongly preferred
- Experience at admin level with Wrike
- Marketo Certification
- Experience working directly with in-house creative services teams or creative agencies
- Healthcare experience
