Your skill managing digital experiences using marketing technology like Adobe or Salesforce Experience Manager allows GS1US to deliver the customer experience the brand’s audience requires in this increasingly digital world. You may have even partnered with marketing and technology teams to continuously optimize content and drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
You don’t mind some rolling up your sleeves, because sometimes (ok, a lot of times) you know that’s what it takes to get the really good results.

What you will do:
In short - You will contribute to revamping the experience from the ground up by ensuring customers are the number one priority.
You will be managing the web experience while also constructing and delivering great content across multiple channels.
A few other responsibilities of the role include:

  • Develop comprehensive understanding of current stakeholder’s strategic needs across digital platforms
  • Contribute to the development and execution of our content vision and strategy., ensuring our methodologies, playbooks, success stories align to GS1 US’s goals.
  • Collaborate daily with content developers to implement efficient processes that increase the quantity and quality of content published.
  • Create environment to continuously optimize content and drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Partner with the Director of Digital Analytics & Insights to ensure we measure website content and emails contribution to membership, transaction volume, revenue, gross profit, and mission-based goals
  • Create, manage, and communicate the content backlog and deliverables
  • Work with partners to support A/B tests and web personalization experiments to improve the user experience and drive deeper engagement and volume of qualified users.
  • Supervise the email marketing platform and fully leveraging its capabilities
  • Oversee the email marketing backlog – prioritize new requests, allocate resources to meet the volume needs of the marketing organization, identify resource gaps, continuously work to improve team efficiency and ability to scale.
  • Help the team grow from email marketing into channels such as SMS, and push notifications
